MYSTERY PILOTS UNMASKED! Two Off-Duty Pilots Who Saved Hijacked Flydubai Flight Finally Identified
The identity of the pilots who flew the flydubai aircraft to safety after its attempted hijacking was finally revealed when they were presented last week with an award for their actions by the United Arab Emirates. Henson Steven of Fiji and Rowan Tooth of South Africa, who had previously worked for Fiji Airways and Airlink, respectively, took control of the aircraft after Israeli plumber Yaniv Hanoun stabilized the aircraft, diverting it to an airport in Saudi Arabia.
