A federal judge has dismissed President Trump's $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal and Rupert Murdoch over reporting about a purported letter connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
The judge ruled that Trump had not sufficiently established the legal requirements for his claim, including actual malice. The case was dismissed with prejudice, although the ruling can be appealed.
