United Torah Judaism's Yitzchak Goldknopf is refusing to compromise on demands for a draft law without enlistment targets or financial and criminal sanctions against yeshiva bochurim, despite reported contacts between Chareidi representatives and Gadi Eisenkot's bloc.

Goldknopf says the position was established by the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah and is not open to negotiation. The contacts come amid discussions about a possible minority government that could receive outside support from UTJ.
