Breaking: Small plane crashes in Palm Beach County amid heightened security around Mar-a-Lago:
A small plane crashed in Palm Beach County, where President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate is located, according to an initial report.
Trump had left the area about an hour earlier, and at this stage there is no indication that the crash is connected to him.
The incident comes as reports say air defenses around Mar-a-Lago have recently been strengthened, amid renewed concerns that Iran is still trying to assassinate Trump.
