One person was arrested tonight for driving drunk after a hit-and-run crash on Graves Street between Portage Avenue and Brielle Avenue.
Staten Island Shmira received the call, and members searching the area found the vehicle on Willowbrook Road at Birchard Avenue. The NYPD took the driver into custody.
